Look for the Google Meet app on your phone.
If it's not installed, download it from the Play Store.
Make sure you are signed in with your Google account.
Tap on the “New meeting” button (usually at the bottom).
You’ll get three options:
Get a meeting link to share
Start an instant meeting
Schedule in Google Calendar
If you choose “Get a meeting link to share”, copy the code and send it via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
Participants will use this code to join your meeting.
Visit https://meet.google.com on your browser.
Use your Gmail or Google account to access the platform.
You’ll see a “New meeting” button on the homepage.
Click it, then choose one of the following:
Create a meeting for later
Start an instant meeting
Schedule in Google Calendar
Once your meeting is created, you’ll see a link and code.
Share them with the people you want to invite.
For better organization, select “Schedule in Google Calendar” to set the date, time, add guests, and send automatic reminders.
Start 5–10 minutes early to test mic and camera.
Use headphones to reduce echo and noise.
Keep your background quiet and well-lit.
Use the “Present” feature to share your screen if needed.
